Associate Principal, Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Manage the effective execution of EVERSANA Complete/Integrated client programs for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors.

• Facilitate coordination among our partners, EVERSANA operations, and other business units at EVERSANA to support strategic planning discussions and enhance workstream delivery.

• Utilize real-world data assets to inform strategic recommendations that bolster downstream commercial operations initiatives.

• Offer guidance to our partners regarding the optimal use of real-world data.

• Plan, organize, and lead internal teams to create logical and insightful analyses, alongside innovative and effective strategic recommendations.

• Produce well-structured, high-quality deliverables that ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

• Actively participate in business development by fostering client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a prestigious institution with a relevant focus (e.g., business administration, statistics, economics, operations research).

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience (mandatory).

• Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, PhD) are highly preferred.

• Experience with a leading global management consulting firm is preferred.

• A background in the pharmaceutical industry/life sciences, specifically in Commercial Operations and Pharma Operations, is preferred.

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry data assets (including medical and Rx claims, sell-in data, affiliations datasets, and formulary data).

• Proven success in leadership, planning, and executing data & analytics projects for life sciences companies or within the healthcare sector (required).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; superb communication skills and the capacity to tackle unstructured real-world challenges (required).
