This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serving as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
• Overseeing client expectations to ensure satisfaction with the services provided by PrimeVigilance, while ensuring that the output meets or surpasses client expectations.
• Developing project scope and objectives in accordance with the signed agreement between the client and PrimeVigilance.
• Planning project activities, which includes setting deadlines and establishing interim milestones.
• Generating reports for both the client and PrimeVigilance management, such as preparing monthly reports that serve as a foundation for invoicing.
• A solid history of involvement in Pharmacovigilance activities, including the processing and quality review of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), writing or contributing to aggregate reports, literature screening, reconciliation, and the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience in PV Project Management, preferably from a service provider or Contract Research Organization (CRO).
• A graduate in Health Care or Life Sciences.
• Comfortable engaging in communication at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations.
• Possess strong leadership qualities, including planning, mentoring, facilitation of meetings, communication, and problem-solving skills.
