
Associate Partner Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounting and tax partners.
β’ Influence how firms implement and integrate Xero into their practices β transform opportunities within accounts.
β’ Develop business plans alongside partners and work closely with Enterprise Account owners.
β’ Participate in events and conduct workshops to ensure a healthy pipeline and ongoing account progression.
β’ Manage partner relationships through consultative engagement, including in-person meetings, virtual consultations, workshops, and events.
β’ Keep Salesforce CRM current and ensure account hygiene is maintained.
β’ Experience in customer success, account management, or a consultative sales role β preferably within the SaaS, fintech, or cloud software sectors.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of strategic relationships, effectively balancing multiple partners and priorities without oversight.
β’ Excellent communication skills β confident in presenting to groups, conducting workshops, and leading engaging virtual consultations.
β’ Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and contemporary business productivity tools, maintaining a tidy and organized approach to pipeline and account management.
β’ A consultative mindset β skilled in asking the right questions, actively listening, and customizing your approach to meet the specific needs of each partner.
β’ Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, or practice management workflows is advantageous β as is experience supporting multi-location businesses or enterprise clients.
