Associate Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Represent the interests of restaurant owners, ensuring they retain control over their mobile application or online presence.

• Mentor and instruct restaurant owners on optimal practices for their online ordering systems, supported by data and thorough SEO evaluations conducted by our product team.

• Engage in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our internal operations.

• Influence the design of the Owner platform by delivering pertinent product feedback to our engineering team.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
