Associate Network Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Analyzing, optimizing, and troubleshooting mobile data connectivity processes (APN adjustments, IP allocation, GGSN/PGW interactions) to ensure a seamless user experience and efficient network operations.

• Diagnosing complex connectivity issues, such as failed data sessions, incorrect IP allocations, or roaming problems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in mobile network operations, RAN, core network support, or as a technical analyst.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledge of process improvements and APN.

• Familiarity with IMS and VoLTE/VoNR.

• Certifications in mobile networks or process improvement (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma).

• Experience with scripting languages (Python) for data analysis automation.
