Associate Medical Writer, Market Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in creating high-quality, medically accurate derivative content in both print and digital formats for medical communication resources.

• Complete assigned projects within set deadlines.

• Support literature reviews to substantiate promotional claims within medical education and marketing materials.

• Annotate materials and supply relevant references for the Clinical Services team.

• Research, organize, and prepare references and documentation for medical, regulatory, and legal submissions.

• Engage professionally, proactively, and collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

• Uphold high standards of work consistent with scientific rigor, good publishing practices, and company policies.

• Participate in internal team meetings, project kick-off meetings, weekly status updates, client meetings, and brainstorming/review sessions.

• Acquire a working knowledge of AMA style and brand guidelines.

• Champion and comply with Precision Value and Health’s workplace values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences.

• Bachelor’s degree in English along with one year of experience in a pharmaceutical agency, medical communications firm, or healthcare advertising.

• Up to one year of experience in medical communications, the pharmaceutical sector, or healthcare industry.

• Familiarity with American Medical Association (AMA) style.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Knowledgeable in scientific search engines such as PubMed and Google Scholar.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Capable of prioritizing time-sensitive projects and managing competing client priorities.
