This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create content outlines and drafts with close supervision, which include slide decks, digital resources, manuscripts, congress publications, and meeting materials.
• Generate thoroughly researched, technically precise, well-crafted, and visually appealing materials.
• Tailor writing and communication style to suit the intended audience.
• Ensure all materials adhere to project briefs, time constraints, and in-house quality standards.
• Actively volunteer for data verification in accordance with BOLD processes.
• Design engaging visual PowerPoint presentations.
• Accurately incorporate feedback and apply it to future projects.
• Build scientific knowledge of therapy areas and client accounts through proactive research, including reading relevant scientific literature.
• Acquire knowledge about the Medical Communications sector, healthcare community, BOLDSCIENCE processes, and pharmaceutical industry procedures.
• Understand the internal quality control process, including conducting internal reviews.
• Assist in delivering high-quality scientific content.
• Effectively manage and prioritize time across various projects.
• Participate in internal status calls and keep the team informed about actions taken.
• Utilize initiative to address problems and achieve results, seeking senior support when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with client services, creative teams, and the broader BOLD team.
• Adhere to deadlines and communicate any progress or delays to senior scientific team members.
• Fill out timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain an average billability rate of 85–90%.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (PhD, MD, PharmD, etc.).
• Experience in writing gained through higher education or other activities.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders effectively.
• Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for acquiring and learning new skills.
• Inquisitive mindset and a desire to develop scientific knowledge across various therapy areas.
• Capability to organize, manage, and prioritize time across multiple projects.
• Competence to meet deadlines and notify senior scientific team members if projects extend beyond expected timelines.
• Ability to accurately and promptly complete timesheets.
• Capacity to maintain an average billability rate of 85–90%.
