Associate Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist the media team in all daily operations, with a particular emphasis on digital media and live buying platforms.

• Support media strategy, planning, and buying for clients utilizing paid media.

• Collect data to aid in daily optimization recommendations alongside the Media Manager / Media Supervisor.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions.

• Refresh daily pacing and performance documentation.

• Monitor media spending to ensure compliance with agency and client budgets.

• Keep updated on changes in Facebook, Google AdWords, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms, applying this knowledge to client projects.

• Participate in both internal and external publisher meetings and presentations.

• Enhance media knowledge in preparation for future responsibilities.

• Create budget tracking documents and optimization information for the media team.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to changing circumstances.

• Initiative to assist other team members beyond immediate responsibilities.

• Internship experience in an advertising/media agency is preferred.
