Associate Manager, Trade Policy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of daily MAP monitoring, reporting, and enforcement processes.

• Ensure uniform application of MAP policy across all channels.

• Assess and validate violations, guaranteeing precise and suitable escalation.

• Recognize risks and proactively highlight gaps or inconsistencies.

• Manage and refresh sales hierarchy structures as part of NSS-related activities.

• Assist MAS governance by providing reports and identifying trends.

• Offer clear direction to stakeholders regarding policy application and interpretation.

• Act as the main MAP point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MD&P and other stakeholders.

• Pinpoint gaps and inefficiencies within MAP, NSS, and associated workflows.

• Provide clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a similar field.

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, or a related area.

• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools is highly preferred.

• Background in handling complex or multi-source datasets.

• Familiarity with policy, governance, or operational process management is advantageous.
