Associate Manager – Technical Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Gather and validate customer requirements, aligning them with project functionalities.

• Develop a comprehensive system blueprint and data flow diagram for each initiative.

• Facilitate consulting sessions (via phone and in-person) to ensure the solution's technical readiness for production.

• Participate in internal project meetings, providing updates on activity progress and deliverables.

• Ensure that the infrastructure adheres to technical specifications and industry best practices.

• Serve as a primary resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Execute SQL scripting to fulfill customer requirements.

• Document solutions and contribute to a centralized solutions repository.

• Record best practices and disseminate them within the Practice.

• Engage in internal knowledge sharing; continuously review feedback and address inquiries.

• Take part in Continuing Education sessions.

• Complete training on new releases promptly; ensure thorough understanding of new or enhanced functionalities in each product release.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience that meets the necessary qualifications for this role.

• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare IT in a technical capacity, preferably as a SQL DBA.

• Familiarity with software in a SaaS/Cloud computing environment.

• Capability to interpret and understand technical specifications from vendors.

• Proficiency in analyzing vendor feedback to identify root causes and determine subsequent actions.

• Relevant industry certifications in networking, SQL, AWS/Azure, etc.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Experience leading and facilitating customer workshops and sessions.

• Outstanding technical and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations as required.
