
Associate Manager, Portfolio Operations Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate and assist in cross-functional initiatives encompassing Operations, Strategy, Development, Security, and other departments.
• Utilize organizational tools and platforms to efficiently organize, communicate, and execute work tasks.
• Maintain proactive communication regarding task progress, deadlines, risks, and overall work visibility.
• Organize, attend, document, and share notes from cross-functional meetings.
• Assist in change management efforts through the development of training materials and the implementation of rollout and adoption activities.
• Oversee comprehensive large-scale feature launches, including pre-launch planning, stakeholder alignment, logistics, post-launch follow-up, Hypercare, and continuity efforts.
• Create or assist with reporting initiatives in project management and workforce management systems.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, clarify project scope, establish timelines, and drive tasks to successful completion.
• Independently resolve issues and obstacles while providing effective solutions and recommendations.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and communications for large-scale operational onsite programs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, program management, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple workstreams effectively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to absorb, synthesize, and convey large volumes of information to diverse audiences, including Leadership and Team Leads.
• Proactive communication with stakeholders, anticipating their needs, and ensuring thorough follow-through.
• Strong active listening, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity and adapt to changing situations.
• Functional proficiency with data and reporting, including interpreting reports, providing structured data inputs, and creating reporting views.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Skilled in Atlassian Suite: Confluence and Jira.
• Ability to research and integrate emerging technologies to optimize operations and boost productivity.
• Capability to provide verification of legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Experience with Figma and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Experience in supporting or facilitating trainings, workshops, or product rollouts is advantageous.
• Background in healthcare is a plus.
