Associate Manager, FDS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain master data to ensure alignment with Hershey’s financial reporting frameworks.

• Create and uphold global processes for the management of financial master data.

• Generate and oversee reports to regularly track master data.

• Collaborate with business, data, and governance teams to promote consistency and clarity in the utilization of master data.

• Assist in projects and initiatives that involve financially relevant data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business/Information Systems.

• 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, and business systems, and/or master data management.

• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP S4 modules and their interdependencies.

• Understanding of GAAP and knowledge of internal controls, especially regarding data and master data management.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic understanding of general ledger accounting and internal & external financial reporting processes.

• Must be available to work Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM).
