Associate Manager – Digital Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, organize, and schedule the work of the Digital Marketing teams for TDS and external projects.

• Take ownership of and manage the team’s JIRA boards (project management software) to ensure tasks are accurately assigned, defined, and completed within deadlines.

• Oversee ongoing work to ensure it remains on schedule and provide status updates to project teams.

• Engage in gathering requirements for Digital Marketing tasks across various projects.

• Collaborate with team leaders to organize work and communicate priorities effectively.

• Evaluate business cases and advise Business Owners regarding Digital Marketing Resources.

• Coordinate with team leaders to identify which projects may need team resources, the nature of those resources, and the anticipated involvement of the team in each project.

• Assist project owners in defining the Digital Marketing requirements for their initiatives.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the systems and tools relevant to the Digital Operations team’s duties.

• Participate in project planning meetings and report back on the implications for Marketing teams.

• Provide weekly updates and reports on projects to Marketing, keeping them informed of upcoming tasks and any changes to scope and priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Over 4 years of combined experience working on digital projects.

• At least 1 year of experience with contemporary project management methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean).

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently with a strong attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflicts.

• Proficient in project management tools and systems (e.g., Jira, Clarity, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint).

• Knowledgeable about telecom services and technology.

• Dedicated to ongoing skill development in relevant systems and tools.
