Associate Manager, Consumer Promotions Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Recognize trends within consumer cohorts and propose intervention strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Utilize intricate data sets to formulate strategic, analysis-driven consumer pricing and promotional initiatives.

• Evaluate campaign outcomes to pinpoint performance drivers and identify opportunities for refining testing frameworks.

• Collaborate with our Retention Marketing and Strategy & Operations teams to implement and oversee various consumer promotions across numerous regions in the U.S.

• Create a groundbreaking promotions playbook for our lifecycle and Dashpass workstream that integrates and balances objectives among Consumer Marketing-funded, Merchant-funded, and Enterprise Merchant promotions.

• Work alongside BI and Engineering teams to develop ETLs and ensure that dynamic events and data are correctly directed to our CRM platform.

• Build and maintain robust working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in our Retention, Product, Tech & Operations, Analytics, and Strategy teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in finance/management consulting, business operations, growth marketing/marketing analytics, or business analytics.

• Proficient in analyzing large data sets, deriving applicable insights, and proposing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance performance.

• Intermediate to advanced analytical/SQL capabilities; able to construct forecasting models for marketing initiatives.

• Advanced Excel expertise to execute complex functions.

• Proven experience in translating data into actionable insights for partners.

• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM technologies, including ESPs, segmentation tools, and intricate data structures and systems.
