This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial Analysts responsible for crafting proposals and supporting client accounts.
• Oversee the team's workload, set priorities, and manage resources in a high-volume setting.
• Review and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of proposals, contracts, and other commercial documents.
• Assist with RFP administration and contract management tasks.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Address issues, align priorities, and support commercial outcomes across various functions.
• Monitor the performance of the team while providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for development.
• Optimize workflows, enhance quality, and boost operational efficiency.
• Lead or participate in critical business projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Utilize business judgment, analytical skills, and financial modeling in commercial decision-making.
• Champion accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality execution.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial analysis, including proposals, contracts, pricing, commercial operations, or business development, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects and balancing competing priorities.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization.
• In-depth knowledge of RFP administration, proposal development, and contract management.
• Strong comprehension of contractual documents, commercial processes, and business operations.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and Microsoft Office software.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening.
• Some travel may be required (0-20%).
