Associate Manager, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing the daily line management functions of the designated team.

• Acts as a positive leader and serves as a professional role model for all clinical administration personnel.

• Accountable for efficient resource allocation, alignment, training, and ongoing development both professionally and technically.

• Collaborates with senior management in clinical operations and executive staff for strategic planning and business development initiatives.

• Serves as the point of escalation for addressing performance issues and identifying training requirements.

• Manages staff responsibilities, including interviewing, selecting, performance evaluation, coaching, and mentoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a life sciences-related discipline or an equivalent qualification.

• Relevant clinical research experience ranging from 0 to 5 years.

• A minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.

• Proven ability to acquire and maintain a solid understanding of ICH GCP standards.

• Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of clinical trials.

• Capability to analyze and oversee the clinical administration segment of Business Development proposals and contracts.

• Familiarity with budgets, projects, and performance metrics.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
