This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Business and Platform Analysts.
β’ Oversee the complete incident response process by acting as the escalation lead.
β’ Execute and manage user acceptance testing (UAT).
β’ Diagnose and resolve intricate issues across Salesforce, mobile applications, CPQ systems, and integrations.
β’ Prioritize and carry out tasks related to incidents, enhancements, administrative duties, and production support.
β’ Engage in on-call rotation to restore services during critical incidents.
β’ Sustain and enhance documentation, standard operating procedures, and the knowledge base.
β’ Identify and implement process enhancements that boost delivery efficiency.
β’ Bachelor's degree.
β’ At least 6 years of experience supporting Salesforce or enterprise CRM platforms.
β’ Proficiency in incident management, system enhancements, and release cycles within enterprise applications.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership (Preferred).
β’ Experience in the medical-technology (med-tech) sector (Preferred).
β’ Background in supporting healthcare CRM systems integrated with mobile applications, such as CPQ, SAP, or ServiceMax (Preferred).
β’ Salesforce or a related platform certification (Preferred).
