Associate Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls for various insurance products, without any prospecting or cold calling involved.

• Place outbound calls to follow up on current quotes.

• Build rapport with customers while promoting Renters Insurance, Classic Car insurance, and additional insurance products.

• Formulate and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets set by the department.

• Monitor and track personal performance in relation to monthly sales and key performance indicators.

• Adhere to underwriting standards and corporate policies during sales negotiations.

• Utilize computerized data entry systems, internet resources, and relevant applications for tracking, information retrieval, troubleshooting, and processing transactions.

• Complete required continuing education for licensure and attend mandatory training sessions.

• Stay updated on changes that may impact the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales-related role.

• At least one (1) year of experience in a call center or insurance environment.

• Proficient computer skills along with strong grammar and multitasking abilities.

• Possession of a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license.

• Capability to obtain non-resident agent licensing in all relevant states.

• Excellent analytical, listening, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality.

• Ability to prioritize tasks with changing deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
