This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Assist in designing structured learning experiences tailored to program requirements and audience goals.
• Help create training materials including slide presentations, job aids, facilitator guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Co-facilitate live learning sessions (such as onboarding, workshops, and virtual instructor-led training) under the supervision of a Learning Consultant.
• Employ fundamental instructional design techniques—such as scaffolding, practice, and feedback loops—to enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Update and maintain learning resources specific to the pod, ensuring the information is both accurate and easily accessible.
• Gather learner feedback and assist in monitoring session data and completion statistics.
• Work closely with Program Managers and Learning Consultants to ensure that learning content meets established objectives.
• Engage in peer reviews and internal training, consistently improving facilitation and design capabilities.
• Offer suggestions for enhancing delivery flow, learner engagement, and clarity of content.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Communication, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with a strong potential for learning design is preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, including speaking, writing, and reading skills.
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles: Knowledge of adult learning theories, ADDIE model, and key instructional concepts such as scaffolding, practice, and reinforcement.
• Readiness for Facilitation: Comfort in presenting, leading small group discussions, or co-facilitating sessions with guidance from experienced facilitators.
• Skills in Content Development: Basic ability to produce clear, organized, and visually engaging learning materials like slides, one-pagers, and internal articles.
• Collaboration: Strong communication abilities and a willingness to work together with Program Managers, Learning Consultants, and Content Specialists.
• Learner-Centric Attitude: A curiosity about optimal learning methods and a passion for supporting others' success through practical and accessible training.
• Tools & Platforms (Preferred): Familiarity with or interest in learning technologies such as LMSs, webinar platforms, or authoring tools (e.g., Google Vids, Clueso, Articulate, LEAi).
