This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Organize and arrange migration meetings with current clients to ensure adherence to project schedules and migration objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison throughout the migration journey, assisting clients with technical requirements and subsequent steps.
• Carry out client migrations from legacy QuickBooks Online integrations to AlignOps' proprietary integration platform.
• Identify and resolve connection, configuration, authentication, and data synchronization challenges faced during implementation.
• Oversee integration performance and confirm successful data flow after the completion of migrations.
• Record technical issues, edge cases, and defects by creating comprehensive Jira tickets.
• Refer complex issues to Engineering and cross-functional teams, providing adequate reproduction details and client context.
• Update and improve both internal and external documentation.
• Spot opportunities for process enhancements by contributing integration "good-to-knows," tips, or recurring issues to boost operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a compassionate, client-focused approach during migration calls, ensuring smooth technical transitions while providing a superior client experience.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to collect integration requirements and ensure effective implementation.
• Occasionally assist with client migrations and implementation efforts across other ERP platforms, including Foundation, Sage Intacct, Viewpoint Vista, and Spectrum, as business needs dictate.
• Excellent computer literacy with the ability to navigate seamlessly among various software applications, spreadsheets, and databases with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proven experience with collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Jira, etc.) and the capability to quickly learn new internal technical workflows, software systems, and data-migration procedures.
• Substantial hands-on experience utilizing spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel) to track, organize, and manage client data sets.
• Basic knowledge of data hygiene and validation to ensure that migrated data is organized, properly structured, and error-free.
• Strong attention to detail to guarantee smooth data flow, accurate documentation updates, and precise client configurations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead engaging Zoom meetings and phone calls effortlessly.
• Exhibit a polished, professional on-camera presence and possess the technical skills to navigate screen-sharing and live troubleshooting with clients.
