Associate Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating visual assets for both digital and print media, supporting marketing initiatives and business goals.

• Work closely with designers and stakeholders to grasp project objectives and provide creative solutions that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Create high-quality design outputs for advertisements, social media, and print materials while ensuring precision and consistency.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain production-ready design files for web and print, fulfilling technical and quality standards.

• Contribute to broader design projects and aid in the execution of creative initiatives across various channels.

• Assist in the development and upkeep of design templates that enhance efficiency and streamline production processes.

• Handle multiple projects and deadlines while continually enhancing design skills through feedback, training, and teamwork.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in a design position or a portfolio showcasing relevant design skills.

• Proven experience in creating digital content across diverse platforms.

• Familiarity with design principles, visual composition, and typography.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and design software like Figma.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail, a keen visual sense, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented setting.
