Associate General Counsel – Litigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead Delaware cases as the primary attorney.

• Manage East Coast disputes that occur outside of Delaware.

• Oversee outside legal counsel.

• Develop the litigation strategy guide.

• Provide legal advice to the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be admitted to the Delaware Bar and maintain good standing.

• 5+ years of experience in business/commercial litigation with substantial litigation involvement.

• Proficient in managing outside legal counsel.

• Possess founder-level ownership mentality.

• Preferred: experience in litigation for a company within a regulated sector.
