This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.
• Execute low-complexity study setups and create low-complexity agents based on established specifications and client protocols.
• Implement eCOA, ePRO, eConsent, visit schedules, and forms within Medable studies.
• Author, configure, and enhance agents in Agent Studio for Medable's delivery and Global Services departments.
• Develop test scenarios and carry out technical and quality assurance evaluations.
• Identify and rectify defects prior to final approval.
• Aid project plans by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and technical objectives.
• Manage project finances, including timecards and hours, and report discrepancies.
• Balance workload across simultaneous assignments to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare status updates for both internal teams and clients.
• Promptly escalate risks to senior FDEs.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and create training and guidance materials.
• Recent graduate or possess up to 2 years of practical experience in platform configuration, technical implementation, or a comparable technical delivery position (internships count), or a mix of education and experience.
• Basic exposure to agentic AI or agent systems (autonomous agents, reasoning loops, tool usage, LLMs).
• Experience with software configuration or authoring in low-code or platform tools.
• Exposure to clinical trials or eClinical systems (eCOA, ePRO, eConsent) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with developer-related tools such as Git, Confluence, Postman, command line, or terminal.
• Foundational knowledge of agentic AI principles (LLMs, agents, prompts, reasoning loops, human-in-the-loop).
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and platform integration with external systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities and a quick aptitude for learning new platforms and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including basic technical communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related technical discipline.
