Associate, Financial Services Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily operational management of card issuing and payment network partner relationships, acting as a dependable point of contact for ongoing partnership requirements.

• Monitor and manage partnership milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics, identifying risks and facilitating resolutions in collaboration with your manager.

• Perform research and analysis to support partner evaluations, competitive landscape assessments, and the exploration of new partnership opportunities.

• Coordinate cross-functional workflows involving legal, compliance, product, marketing, and finance to aid in partnership launches and ongoing operations.

• Create briefings, materials, and summaries for partner meetings, business reviews, and updates for internal stakeholders.

• Highlight data-driven insights to enhance partner performance and guide strategic recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, or operations, with exposure to fintech, payments, or card products.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams at once, tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies with minimal supervision.

• Proven analytical skills, including the ability to work with data to monitor performance, assess partnership economics, and create actionable recommendations.

• Experience in coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams (legal, product, finance) to drive project execution from initiation through to launch.

• Understanding of contract management processes, including tracking deliverables, renewal timelines, and partner agreement terms.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI, ensuring human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and enhance workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
