Associate Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and delivers technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, primarily on customer sites.

• Conducts routine inspections, cleaning, and additional services while performing minor repairs on products within a designated region.

• Evaluates products for proper functionality, addresses identified issues, and escalates concerns as per established procedures.

• Organizes services, completes necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and comprehension of product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background or equivalent work experience is necessary.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or a comparable mix of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving history that meets DN's fleet standards.
