
Associate Energy Efficiency Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Oversees subprojects and tasks, which include formulating work plans to achieve objectives, aligning staff roles, and supplying performance reports and forecasts to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Organizes and sustains databases for the coordination, collection, analysis, and reporting of information.
• Identifies, defines, quantifies, monitors, and propels the development of program deliverables, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Continuously evaluates project advancement toward goals and devises innovative and creative solutions to emerging issues and/or market dynamics.
• Manages client expectations and satisfaction, handles communications, and resolves or escalates client concerns as necessary.
• Collaborates with key internal departments, including Engineering, Software, Marketing, and Finance, to enhance efficiencies that meet program requirements.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, energy/environment, or engineering; a Master’s degree in a related area is preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field is required, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated success in crafting and executing project plans, scopes, and budgets, as well as strategic initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Existing Building Commissioning is advantageous.
• Exceptional project and program management abilities.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Capable of short and long-term planning and strategy development.
• Skilled in establishing job and work process flows.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks while consistently meeting deadlines with precision and within budget.
