Associate, Endpoint Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide support for enterprise endpoint environments

• Deliver advanced technical assistance for both physical and virtual endpoints

• Serve as a point of escalation for issues related to endpoint management

• Work in collaboration with security and application teams to develop endpoint solutions

• Create and maintain configuration profiles in Intune

• Track patch compliance and investigate any failures

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in endpoint management

• Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise Windows Endpoint environments

• Proficient with endpoint patch management tools such as Automox

• Understanding of endpoint security and compliance standards

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities

• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices
