
Associate Education Program Manager – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategize, implement, and oversee program launches as well as life cycle support in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business development and operations, to ensure the effective delivery of Hudson Global Scholars-branded products and services to partner schools.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and consistent program management processes, both domestically and internationally.
• Utilize our CRM system to monitor and enhance customer interactions and program management.
• Assist in the implementation of technology at school sites by fostering strong working relationships with site coordinators.
• Track program performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and assist in implementing corrective measures.
• Engage in data analysis and reporting to evaluate program effectiveness and identify trends.
• Collaborate on academic and programmatic plans that ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support optimal ratios of Program Manager to accounts to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
• Team up with other Program Managers to manage seasonal demands during launch and enrollment periods.
• Contribute to annual plans and long-term goals for partners.
• Foster a client-facing, customer-centric culture within the Program Management team.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Entry-level experience or internship in project or program management; prior exposure to the education industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with online programs, program launches, and the implementation of technology at educational sites.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and their role in program management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in Greek, English, and one additional language (Spanish or French).
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in basic project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable mindset with a strong commitment to quality.
