This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +12 more states.
β’ Develop and spearhead the national thought leader engagement strategy to facilitate the pre-launch and launch of Rina-S.
β’ Establish and nurture strategic relationships with national and regional Gynecologic Oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
β’ Recognize trends in the gynecologic oncology landscape that could influence the adoption of Rina-S.
β’ Act as the primary Genmab liaison with prominent KOLs, Medical Experts, and key influencers.
β’ Oversee planning for thought leader engagement at significant oncology congresses and scientific meetings.
β’ Identify, train, and assess the Rina-S speaker bureau.
β’ Provide an exceptional KYSO customer experience through a unified One Genmab approach involving Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
β’ Offer strategic insights from interactions with thought leaders to guide brand strategy and launch planning.
β’ Cultivate robust cross-functional partnerships throughout Genmab teams.
β’ Manage essential engagement initiatives, timelines, and budgets.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
β’ Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oncology sales, marketing, medical affairs, or account management is required.
β’ At least 8 years in Oncology sales, marketing, medical affairs, or account management is necessary to be considered for the Associate Director, TLE role.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of direct experience with Gynecologic Oncology thought leader engagement is essential for the Director, TLE level role. (Candidates new to the role will be appointed at the AD level)
β’ Established relationships with national and regional Gynecologic Oncology KOLs are preferred.
β’ A strong understanding of the gynecologic oncology treatment landscape is required.
β’ Experience with oncology launches is strongly preferred.
β’ Capable of strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
β’ Ability to travel domestically 2β3 nights per week, including occasional weekends for congresses and conferences.
