
Associate Director, Value Assessment – Vaccines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage with C-suite decision-makers at Risk-Based Organizations (RBO) regarding the utilization of the Sanofi portfolio.
• Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with companies in a fully compliant manner.
• Enhance the understanding of the economic benefits associated with Sanofi Vaccines products.
• Showcase the clinical and economic advantages to customers.
• Develop and refine targeting and profiling strategies within the designated geography.
• Identify the most suitable RBOs that present the highest likelihood of successful engagement.
• Continuously evaluate alternative payment structures and care delivery models.
• Formulate engagement strategies and tactics based on sound rationale.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in adjusting and updating the value proposition for various types of RBOs.
• Gather and disseminate customer insights while identifying unmet needs.
• Create training programs to inform internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to discern customer expectations.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Over 5 years of experience in market access, payer engagement, or health economics-related roles (experience with Vaccines is advantageous).
• Proven background in account management and navigating health systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial payer reimbursement and risk-bearing methodologies.
• Financial expertise along with an understanding of vaccines.
• Strong grasp of financial analysis and economic modeling.
• Ability to develop and interpret content that aligns with client needs while adhering to Sanofi guidelines.
• Focus on building and sustaining customer relationships to achieve success.
• Exhibits Executive Presence in all forms of interaction, whether in boardrooms or remote settings.
• Works collaboratively across functional, geographic, and corporate boundaries to fulfill mutual business objectives.
• Demonstrates robust analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
• Maintains an inclusive and diverse mindset in talent development, promotions, team dynamics, and company culture.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
