
Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison – Neurology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• The Neurology TLL will participate in significant and strategic conversations to collect insights and share clinical information with designated key thought leaders in the region.
• Facilitate in-depth business discussions pertaining to on-label product details, disease state, and general corporate overviews.
• Adopt a customer-focused, needs-based strategy to enhance strategic engagements with thought leaders.
• Organize thought leader interactions for senior executives at local, regional, and national conferences, as well as during regular business operations.
• Create and maintain a list of key thought leaders within the designated geography.
• Assist in the development of thought leaders.
• Aid in the expansion of the speaker bureau, which includes identifying potential speakers, managing logistics for speaker training sessions, and providing feedback to speakers to enhance their presentation effectiveness for greater educational impact.
• Share insights gathered from interactions with thought leaders with the Marketing team and other functional departments.
• Support the planning of regional and national advisory boards by making strategic recommendations for potential thought leader participants and coordinating their involvement.
• Ensure that all interactions and activities with thought leaders comply with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or other advanced education/certification is a plus.
• Must possess specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience, with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in two or more of the following areas: Thought Leader Liaison role (current or previous), field sales, inline or regional brand marketing, pertinent medical/clinical experience, with a strong preference for experience in Neurology markets.
• Proven expertise in marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry; launch experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational abilities and project management experience are essential.
• A proven collaborator with thorough knowledge of industry regulations and compliance guidelines.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be available to travel 60%-80% of the time.
