This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Design and implement key talent management initiatives within Operations.
• Oversee a team of 2 professionals.
• Manage and prioritize the needs of assigned client groups, ensuring that HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and leaders receive the necessary talent expertise.
• Collaborate with client groups to establish and execute talent strategies.
• Oversee talent visibility, share opportunities, coordinate slating, and assist in talent reviews, segmentation, and succession planning.
• Facilitate the identification, development, and visibility of high-potential and top talent.
• Prepare materials and insights for the Collins and RTX talent councils.
• Direct the continuous strategy refresh and activation of the Operations Site Leader Development Program.
• Assist in managing critical roles and talent initiatives while mitigating risks.
• Act as the process steward for Performance Improvement (PI), Individual Development Plans (IDP), mentorship, development, and enterprise tools.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to implement vital talent actions and provide feedback on talent management processes, technology, and tools.
• Serve as the primary contact for talent inquiries and triage Talent Center of Excellence (COE) services.
• Mentor HRBPs on foundational Organizational Effectiveness (OE) tools and vendors.
• Aid in the preparation for straightforward team sessions and facilitate limited interventions such as assessments and SDI.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Background in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner and/or in Talent Management.
• Proven experience communicating with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in large, complex, global organizational settings.
• Preferred experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Management Partner within a matrixed organization is preferred.
• Prior HR experience supporting an Operations client group is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
