This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• The Associate Director, Strategic Account Management serves as the main commercial liaison for the company, engaging with C/D-suite executives and Population Decision-Makers at prestigious community Oncology group practices, academic cancer centers, and integrated delivery networks.

• This position is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by coordinating the necessary resources and personnel to fulfill customer requirements, including diagnostic and pathology needs in support of the approved FDA companion diagnostic.

• The role demands exceptional coordination of in-field teams, strategic agility, and emphasizes the significance of cross-collaboration across all company functions.

• The Associate Director, Strategic Account Management will take charge of developing the account strategy and overseeing the execution of tactics that align with corporate objectives and customer requirements. This includes relationship management between entities, enhancing consistent care delivery within large-scale workflows, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is mandatory.

• A minimum of seven years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales is required.

• Prior experience in Account Management is essential.

• Strong understanding of Healthcare Management, the industry landscape, and compliance standards is necessary.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and virtual communication skills are required.

• Candidates should possess robust business acumen, insights, and a strategic mindset.

• Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels and disciplines are crucial.

• Experience engaging with C/D-suite executives is preferred.

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence, persuasive skills, the ability to motivate others, and influence without formal authority.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is required.
