Associate Director – Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, integration, and advancement of the enterprise virtual assistant.

• Concentrate on enterprise IT solutions, which encompass enterprise observability, backup & recovery, and contact center software.

• Convert business and operational requirements into secure, scalable technical architectures.

• Collaborate closely with IT operations, service owners, and business stakeholders to establish use cases.

• Maintain consistent enterprise-wide design principles while balancing innovation, security, and operational reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions that integrate various platforms and services.

• Extensive experience with IT service management (ITSM) platforms, such as ServiceNow, including workflows, integrations, and service automation.

• Strong understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns using Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Experience in integrating identity, access management, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft Teams).

• Proficient knowledge of APIs, web services, and event-driven architectures utilized to connect SaaS platforms.

• Awareness of security, privacy, and compliance considerations in enterprise SaaS and AI solutions.

• Capability to provide technical leadership, which includes architecture guidance, design reviews, and solution standards.

• Outstanding communication skills in English, with the capacity to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in operating within large, intricate enterprise environments with multiple vendors and platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree.
