This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team of up to 8 Social Media Strategists
• Establish a standard of excellence for both the team and clients
• Define objectives for each client collaboration within the pod
• Ensure adherence to paid social advertising best practices and Directive's methodologies
• Comprehend campaign approval stages and assist strategists in securing client approvals
• Identify challenges during one-on-one discussions and formulate action plans to address them
• Create a structured environment, establish a consistent rhythm, and proactively support the team through clear expectations
• Direct the strategic approach for accounts while fostering growth and retention of key talent
• Achieve and surpass departmental KPIs, including client expansion and goal fulfillment
• Cultivate trust and relationships with clients that lead to consistent renewals among senior stakeholders
• Identify cross-selling opportunities that align with client objectives
• Mitigate client churn through referrals, upsells, and cross-sells
• Communicate outcomes to client contacts, executives, and internal team members
• Travel to meet clients approximately once a year per client or as necessary
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency; B2B experience is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in people management
• Profound knowledge of paid social advertising campaigns, particularly LinkedIn Ads and Meta
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Meta ad formats, including conversation ads, document ads, and CTV
• Competence in using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and similar advertising platforms and tools
• Capability to delegate tasks to team members
• Ability to de-escalate client concerns and proactively avert issues
• Strong grasp of paid advertising principles, including ICP research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics tools
• Competence in driving and measuring results through OCT
• Proven and quantifiable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Ability to interpret and convey strategies and narrate data stories
• Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Must be a permanent resident of the United States with established and current US work authorization without sponsorship
• Capable of working from a home office with reliable internet access
• Proficient in operating a laptop, software platforms, and office productivity tools
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while observing and interpreting written and verbal communication
• Annual base salary range of $100,000-$135,000 USD with bonus eligibility
