This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients by acting as a strategic analytics partner and converting intricate data into straightforward, actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with Client Services and technical teams to provide integrated analytics solutions that meet client objectives.
• Confidently present insights and recommendations, aiding clients in understanding performance, uncovering opportunities, and making data-informed decisions.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance client partnerships, contribute to account expansion, and support new business initiatives.
• Create measurement strategies, reporting frameworks, and performance insights that empower clients to make well-informed business choices.
• Balance strategic analysis with hands-on analytics tasks, offering guidance on complex client issues and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Foster innovation by spotting chances to automate reporting, optimize workflows, and expand analytics capabilities.
• Advocate for best practices that enhance data quality, reporting consistency, and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to utilize AI, automation, and emerging technologies to boost efficiency, reporting, and client value.
• Take ownership of the analytics team’s performance, development, and operational success.
• Oversee analytics operations, which include resource planning, team prioritization, workload management, and the continuous enhancement of delivery processes.
• Monitor utilization, delivery quality, and profitability while collaborating with leadership on staffing and growth strategies.
• Establish scalable team processes, reporting rhythms, and best practices that enhance consistency, efficiency, and quality within the analytics function.
• Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and promote the professional development and success of your team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen teamwork and continually enhance how analytics supports the business.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 9 years of pertinent experience; at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in leading analytics teams within an agency, consulting, or other dynamic professional services environment.
• Familiarity with social listening tools.
• Extensive experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker and/or Tableau.
• Established ability to communicate complex data through engaging storytelling and build trusted relationships with clients.
• Experience in developing scalable analytics processes and driving ongoing improvement.
• Experience in a healthcare agency or life sciences sector is preferred.
