This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Establish trusted partnerships with clients by acting as a strategic analytics advisor, transforming complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with Client Services and technical teams to deliver cohesive analytics solutions that align with client objectives.
• Confidently present insights and recommendations, aiding clients in understanding performance metrics, recognizing opportunities, and making informed, data-driven decisions.
• Discover ways to enhance client relationships, contribute to account expansion, and support new business ventures.
• Create measurement strategies, reporting frameworks, and performance insights that empower clients to make educated business choices.
• Balance strategic planning with practical analytics tasks, offering guidance on intricate client challenges while ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Foster innovation by spotting opportunities to automate reporting, enhance workflows, and expand analytics capabilities.
• Promote best practices that enhance data quality, consistency in reporting, and operational excellence.
• Identify chances to utilize AI, automation, and emerging technologies to boost efficiency, reporting, and client value.
• Take ownership of the performance, development, and operational success of the analytics team.
• Oversee analytics operations, including resource allocation, team prioritization, workload management, and the ongoing enhancement of delivery processes.
• Track utilization, delivery quality, and profitability while collaborating with leadership on staffing and strategic growth planning.
• Develop scalable team processes, reporting schedules, and best practices that enhance consistency, efficiency, and quality across the analytics function.
• Set clear expectations, provide continuous feedback, and support the professional development and success of your team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen teamwork and continuously enhance the role of analytics in supporting the business.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with 9 years of applicable experience; a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading analytics teams within an agency, consulting, or other dynamic professional services settings.
• Familiarity with social listening tools.
• Extensive experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker and/or Tableau.
• Established ability to convey complex data through engaging storytelling and build trusting relationships with clients.
• Experience in developing scalable analytics processes and driving initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Prior experience in a healthcare agency or within the life sciences sector is preferred.
