This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Operate within a cohesive planning, cost, and risk framework to maximize resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to planning and scheduling methodologies during the development of the project schedule.
• Create milestones and establish baselines for tracking project progress.
• Evaluate subcontractor adherence to the prescribed scheduling methodologies.
• Assist in formulating the Work Breakdown Structure.
• Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and issues, and relay findings to the Project Director and Team.
• Engage and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding the project schedule.
• Support the coaching and mentoring of the planning team.
• Oversee schedule reporting, updates on schedule forecasts, and management of schedule contingencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field in construction.
• A graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a scheduling role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with network planning techniques and structures, proficient in Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or later, and Microsoft Project.
• Capability to contribute to broader business initiatives as required, including responding to RFPs.
• Exhibits exceptional presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
