Associate Director – S4 HANA Digital Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• The Enterprise Hub lead is tasked with facilitating the successful implementation and ongoing support of the EHUB processes.

• Ensure effective delivery during each phase of the PST Program, specifically regarding the Corporate Enterprise Hub deployment:

• Cutover & Hypercare – assist in the successful data mapping and migration from legacy systems to the Corporate Enterprise Hub environment. Support the go-live phase and the continued financial and operational performance of RTX business.

• Ongoing support – as the project transitions to sustainment, this role will be integrated within the Corporate SAP team, overseeing the S/4HANA Enterprise Hub instance. This lead will aid the overall Release 1 operations team until the implementation of Release 2 six months later.

• Accountable for managing metrics and priorities related to ongoing change requests.

• Undertake special projects as necessary related to the implementation or support of EHUB.

• Collaborate and communicate with necessary resources both within and outside of the OneRTX: Process Systems and Transformation program to foster alignment among teams.

• The travel commitment for this position will range from 25% to 50% during the project rollout, which is expected to decrease thereafter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a University Degree along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience **__or__** an Advanced Degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience **__or__** 16 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.

• Proven experience in implementing digital technology systems, with a strong emphasis on SAP ERP solutions and design.

• Familiarity with Record to Report finance processes, including but not limited to: Finance Master Data, Allocations, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Intercompany, G/L, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Period Close & Consolidation, and Project Accounting. Capability to translate these business needs into system requirements and process enhancements.

• Experience in leading or supporting teams involved with SAP integrations such as Tax engine, Workday, and Treasury applications.

• Knowledge of Corporate and Enterprise Service functions, particularly in supporting finance and accounting processes from a technology perspective.
