Associate Director – Resource Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary resource manager

• Act as a trusted partner to various capability leads and senior leadership stakeholders

• Take ownership of and manage a portfolio of brands/clients

• Create resource plans across a wide range of business areas

• Collaborate with business development teams for onboarding and staffing initiatives

• Foster relationships with senior leadership to impact decision-making

• Utilize data, reporting, and forecasting tools to guide decisions

• Spot gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities within accounts

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in resource management

• Project management

• Or operations within an agency setting

• Proven experience managing staffing across various clients or brands

• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions

• Practical experience in supporting new business initiatives

• Ability to balance data-driven insights with practical judgment

• Confidence in handling complex discussions
