Associate Director – Programs Leader – International Infusion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Leading cross-functional teams to execute product development programs that align with business goals.

• Serving as the primary BD program lead for external development collaborators.

• Creating and overseeing integrated program plans, including milestones, deliverables, and budgets.

• Fostering collaboration among Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and R&D teams.

• Ensuring the successful incorporation of externally developed products into BD systems.

• Overseeing governance processes, executive reviews, risk assessments, and leadership reporting.

• Assisting in strategic partnership initiatives and assessing new development opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior MedTech/Medical Device leader with over 10 years of experience managing complex, global programs.

• Proven history of delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects within highly regulated environments.

• Strong expertise in medical device development.

• Extensive experience in managing external partners.

• Demonstrated success in building and sustaining strategic relationships with Chinese and broader Asian partners.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
