This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Guide, mentor, and inspire a committed team of Case Managers.
β’ Oversee all elements of the Patient Support Center program operations.
β’ Develop robust partnerships with Central Operations functions.
β’ Work collaboratively with Performance, Quality, and Excellence (PQE).
β’ Organize coaching sessions, huddles, and other activities to enhance overall performance.
β’ Accountable for identifying and documenting adverse events.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred (PharmD, RPh, PA, etc.).
β’ More than 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, access/reimbursement, patient support center, or a related industry, with at least 2 years in people management or leadership roles.
β’ Over 3 years of experience with direct interaction with providers, caregivers, or patients.
β’ In-depth understanding of Case Management and Patient Access Services.
β’ Familiarity with privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA and similar state laws.
β’ Excellent leadership, instructional, planning and organizational skills, along with strong capabilities in data analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
