This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide, mentor, and inspire a committed team of Case Managers.
• Oversee all elements of the Patient Support Center program operations.
• Develop robust partnerships with Central Operations functions.
• Work collaboratively with Performance, Quality, and Excellence (PQE).
• Organize coaching sessions, huddles, and other activities to enhance overall performance.
• Accountable for identifying and documenting adverse events.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred (PharmD, RPh, PA, etc.).
• More than 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, access/reimbursement, patient support center, or a related industry, with at least 2 years in people management or leadership roles.
• Over 3 years of experience with direct interaction with providers, caregivers, or patients.
• In-depth understanding of Case Management and Patient Access Services.
• Familiarity with privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA and similar state laws.
• Excellent leadership, instructional, planning and organizational skills, along with strong capabilities in data analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
