Associate Director of Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Implement standardized care practices in designated clinics, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as organizational policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with regional nursing leaders to guarantee that clinical staff adhere to established policies and procedures.

• Guide and mentor teams to assist nursing in achieving optimal performance regarding quality patient care and employee engagement.

• Execute additional assigned tasks and projects as required.

• Lead and facilitate group discussions effectively.

• Coach, mentor, inspire, and engage others toward shared objectives.

• Oversee projects from their inception through to implementation and evaluation.

• Recruit, coach, and assist in the development of staff as needed.

• Manage resources, performance, employee relations, and supervision in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Travel to satellite offices and attend offsite meetings as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.

• A Master’s degree in nursing, business, or healthcare is preferred.

• A Registered Nurse license in Florida is mandatory.

• OCN certification is required.

• A valid state Driver’s License is needed for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.

• Compliance with the company's Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology nursing is necessary.

• At least 3 years of healthcare leadership experience is required.

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, planning, time-management, and organizational skills are essential.

• Ability to exercise independent judgment is necessary.

• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, diplomacy, tact, conflict management, delegation skills, and awareness of diversity are crucial.

• Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information along with emotionally charged situations is required.

• Proficient command of the English language is essential.

• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills are needed.

• A strong customer focus with the ability to foster a culture of quality, performance effectiveness, and operational excellence is required.

• Ability to manage time, conflicting priorities, stress, and professional development is crucial.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is necessary.

• Capability to work effectively remotely is required.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment while managing competing priorities and stakeholder demands is essential.

• Ability to lead projects from inception through implementation and assessment is required.

• Skill in hiring, coaching, supporting staff development, and managing resources, performance, and employee relations is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.

• Must be located in Florida.

• Must successfully pass background checks, drug tests, and nicotine screenings.
