This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Oversee all elements of a Native American Financial Services (NAFS) credit portfolio comprising tribal clients.
• Provide support in a specialized area of Commercial lending relationships.
• Initiate, assess, structure, and execute commercial loan transactions.
• Enhance and maintain assigned profitable client relationships.
• Take primary accountability for credit assessment and monitoring of risks within the Commercial portfolio.
• Ensure quality underwriting, portfolio management, and credit integrity for the assigned portfolio.
• Administer delinquencies, collateral exceptions, portfolio evaluations, and specialized reporting.
• Verify and uphold the creditworthiness of clients.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking Portfolio Management, including underwriting.
• A degree in finance, economics, or a related business field is preferred.
• Previous experience in negotiating, structuring, and finalizing complex commercial loan transactions.
• Familiarity with Native American Financial Services, Government, Commercial Gaming, Healthcare, and/or General Non-Profit lending.
• Comprehensive understanding of various software applications, including Word and Excel, with the capacity to swiftly learn new systems/software.
• Experience with legal documentation.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Highly developed skills in oral and written communication, as well as presentation.
