This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assists in the formulation and execution of integrated marketing strategies that promote the mission programs of March of Dimes.
• Acts as the primary marketing contact for designated initiatives on a daily basis.
• Collaborates closely with various teams to create and implement integrated campaigns.
• Develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Takes the lead in marketing for assigned corporate partnerships and mission-related sponsorship activations.
• Works alongside mission, research, and advocacy teams to convert complex information into communications tailored to the audience.
• Tracks campaign performance and analyzes outcomes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Formulates marketing strategies at the campaign level within established organizational objectives and brand guidelines.
• 6–8 years of advancing experience in marketing, communications, integrated campaign management, or similar fields.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience in managing intricate projects and working with a variety of stakeholder groups.
• Strong comprehension of audience strategy, content creation, channel planning, and campaign evaluation.
• Ability to distill complex topics into engaging, audience-focused marketing initiatives.
• Outstanding project management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, nonprofit, advocacy, or mission-driven marketing.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
