Associate Director – Member Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversees ATSSA chapters to enhance member engagement

• Serves as the primary liaison for chapter leadership

• Manages logistics for chapter meetings and events

• Produces and distributes registration reports

• Supervises necessary state and federal filings

• Informs chapter leadership about ATSS Foundation initiatives

• Advocates for events and aids in securing sponsorships

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree along with five or more years of experience in association management

• Background in membership, chapter management, sponsorship sales, and event coordination

• Competence in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint

• Familiarity with association membership databases and event software, with a preference for Cvent

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities

• Strong skills in customer service and relationship development

• Proficient in email marketing platforms (Real Magnet, Higher Logic)

• Some experience with webinar management tools (Zoom/Teams)

• A valid motor vehicle operator’s license
