Associate Director, Medicare Advantage Bid Strategy, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain financial models for bids.

• Conduct thorough assessments of benefits across various markets.

• Keep track of CMS regulations and analyze their implications on benefit strategies.

• Construct and enhance algorithms for determining benefit values.

• Assess portfolio decisions within the context of financial implications.

• Create and update production SQL to support the benefit cascade system.

• Develop Python scripts to streamline workflows.

• Utilize AI technologies to enhance bid operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Medicare Advantage bid mechanics is essential.

• 5–8 years of pertinent experience within a Medicare Advantage health plan or an actuarial/consulting firm.

• Strong skills in modeling.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Competence in Python programming.

• A proactive and adaptable approach is required.
