This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• The Associate Director of Media Analytics transforms media and marketing data into actionable insights that enhance campaign performance and outcomes.
• This position is part of the analytics team, primarily focusing on media campaigns and overseeing daily analytics for assigned accounts, with an emphasis on media measurement, optimization, reporting, and performance storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, MarTech, and Client Services to link campaign activities to audience behavior, engagement, conversion, and commercial impact.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in paid media analytics and measurement best practices.
• Provide mentorship and support to analysts within the Analytics team, fostering media analytics knowledge and capabilities.
• Oversee daily media analytics support for designated client accounts.
• Assess performance across various channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, connected TV, endemic, and other healthcare media platforms.
• Utilize data from ad servers, DSPs, search and social platforms, website analytics, CRM systems, CDPs, publisher reports, and healthcare data providers.
• Establish partnerships among Media, Analytics, Strategy, MarTech, and Data teams to synchronize measurement strategies and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in media analytics, marketing analytics, or performance measurement, preferably within an agency setting.
• Practical experience in analyzing paid media and translating insights into actionable optimization recommendations.
• Proven experience in mentoring junior analysts and aiding the development of analytical skills across teams.
• Background in collaborating with partners, including media, data, technology, or data science teams.
• Familiarity with paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, connected TV, and publisher or endemic media.
• Knowledge of patient and healthcare professional journeys, healthcare data ecosystems, and regulated marketing measurement.
• Preferred experience with healthcare data providers such as Crossix, Komodo, IQVIA, or similar sources.
• Proficiency with platforms including GA4, Adobe Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, and GTM.
• A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
