Associate Director, Marketing – Region North

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Enhance the effectiveness of BeOne’s offerings in the North Region (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and CENCA)

• Create and execute the established go-to-market strategy

• Develop, implement, and communicate tactical plans

• Contribute country insights into broader Global Initiatives

• Spearhead the development and execution of an omnichannel strategic and tactical plan

• Conduct regular training sessions and updates for the Customer-facing team

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, biological, or medical sciences

• Over 8 years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in marketing positions

• Build and strengthen relationships with KOLs and OLs, comprehending clinical and scientific nuances for commercial achievement

• In-depth knowledge of Hemato-Oncology and/or Oncology – solid tumors – is essential

• Proficient in English and computer applications

• Openness to travel
