Associate Director – Leadership Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business teams and commercial leadership.

• Evaluate development requirements and spearhead leadership training initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert in the area of leadership development.

• Design, plan, oversee, and implement effective development strategies.

• Foster partnerships with BHR and corporate talent functions.

• Deliver leadership programs, including Korn Ferry programs and TalentSmarts EQ.

• Implement the annual strategic plan.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capability to deliver impactful presentations.

• Proficient in providing constructive feedback.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in team leadership, ideally in sales and marketing roles.

• Acknowledged as a leader among colleagues.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
